Sometimes it happens that you forget the password that you have set for your smartphone either a pin or pattern or password. It makes trouble for you to reset password. It's also not very easy to reset password of android phone. You would have observed that when the phone is locked there is either a numerical keyboard or qwerty keyboard and also emergency calls only. You would not be finding any other option on the screen.

When you have set pin or password then there is no other option to unlock phone but if you have set pattern lock then you would have set up a backup pin. If you entered pattern wrong more than five times then it would automatically ask for backup pin but what to do if you forget it also, then follow the below steps:-

• In the locked mode also you can Switch off the phone, so do it.
• Now make the phone in Download Mode.
• Now click on Factory Reset.
• And let your phone do the remaining things.
•  After completion your device will Reboot.
• After this you are all done.

Now you would be finding that the screen will be unlocked by sliding the fingers on the screen.
