Lagging Of Smartphones
Your Android Phone is new or old, sometimes your phone work slowly. Specially when you are unlocking your device or when installing/updating apps in background, then you find that your phone is lagging. Not getting response on touching the screen or late response time which reduces your interest in using your phone.
You empty the phone space, delete apps but all these things doesn't help. You still find lagging.
You empty the phone space, delete apps but all these things doesn't help. You still find lagging.
I would like to tell you that this problem may not be due to excess apps or memory but it is caused due to UI(User Interface).
You have to make changes in the Stock Features which comes pre-installed in the phones. In this, there is a option of Animation Scale. Along with this other options like:- Animation Length, Animation Duration Scale and Transition Animation Scale, etc. By making changes in this, you can reduce lagging. But you have to activate the Developer Access for these options.
Developer Option is not visible. It's hidden. To activate it:-
- Go to Settings.
- Select "About Device" and scroll down for option "Build Number".
- Tap on it about 7 times. Developer option will now appear in Settings.
Now to remove lagging you can change "Animation Scale".
- Go to Settings and open Developer Option.
- You will find various options.
- Scroll down for "Animation Duration Scale" and click.
- In this you will find "Windows Animation Scale", "Transition Animation Duration" and "Animation Duration Scale".
- Go to all these three options and reduce the value or set it to "off".
- If value of "Animation Scale" is 1.0x, then set it to 0.5x or set it to "off".
If you feel that the problem is still there then "Restart your phone". After this you will feel that you phone performance has been optimised. Swipe as well as Touch Screen Response would work Good.
