TWRP vs CWM Recovery
Guys a recovery is very important for your phone. If you are a smartphone user then you should know what is recovery and it's use.
Guys actually recovery allows you to factory reset your phone, format your phone, wipe Partion, etc. When you receive an update from your smartphone company then also you are booted into recovery and then a new software is installed.
So guys actually the recovery acts as platform for installing android. Guys the default recovery that we get pre installed in our device can only install updates given from the company to which that smartphone belongs. So guys if you try to install some OS on your phone which is not officially provided by your smartphone company then it will simply give an error message "zip signature verification failed". So to install a custom ROM on your smartphone two kinds of recoveries are available:-
- TWRP Recovery
- CWM Recovery
Guys I will always suggest you to go with TWRP recovery whether you are a beginner or an experienced. TWRP is having a very simple UI which shows each and every task performed as a message, so it becomes easy for you to understand. The most important feature that I liked in TWRP recovery is that it can easily flash the ROMs which are TWRP based and it can also flash the ROMs which are CWM based. Only you have to disable "zip signature verification" when you are flashing a rom which is based on CWM recovery. Guys this does not mean that CWM recovery is not good, but according to my experience I found that TWRP recovery is more easier to use than CWM recovery.
So it's my advice to those who are confused regarding TWRP recovery or CWM recovery to use TWRP recovery.
